What is Seize Your Strength?

Now, let's be clear: this isn't therapy or a support group.
Seize Your Strength is where adults with epilepsy come together to thrive and achieve their full potential.

Here, we believe in setting goals, pushing boundaries, and supporting each other every step of the way. It's a place where you'll find inspiration, motivation, and a whole lot of fun while embarking on your personal journey.
Through engaging activities and empowering discussions, we'll help you cultivate mental resilience, boost confidence, and nurture overall well-being.
Mental fitness is crucial for success and managing our seizure frequency. That's why we're putting mental health front and center. So, what exactly is mental fitness? It's the purposeful practice of taking care of your mental health.
Seize Your Strength isn't just a program, though. It's a community of like-minded individuals who understand the unique challenges and triumphs that come with epilepsy.
Get ready to embark on an incredible journey of self-discovery and transformation. It's time to seize your strength and make the changes you've been longing for. Let's do this together!

After she finally accepted her diagnosis, she was left with the question, "What's next?"

She was called to coaching because helping others navigate life is an unwavering passion of hers.
